The grapefruit really comes through—you might think there’s juice in it—but it’s just the oils and bitters, resulting in a grapefruity cocktail that’s not on all juice logged. It’s an incredibly complex drink, given how simple it really is: just four ingredients shaken together. Great for fans of bitters who want something a little smoother than an aperitif on the rocks.
