Between The Sheets

2017-01-22_22-40-161There are an existing couple of theories about this cocktail. Some of them told us that “Between The Sheets” was made by Harry MacElhone at New York’s Bar in Paris in the 1930s as a derivative of the famous cocktail “Sidecar”.

Another theory claims that the cocktail was created in French Bordeaux as an aperitive for consumption by the prostitutes. So the cocktail covers fully its name.

Glas – Chilled Martini

Ice – None

Preparation – Shake and Fine Strain

Recipe – Brandy/Cognac 2cl

Light Rum 1cl

Cointreau 1cl

Fresh lemon juice 2cl

Deko – Sugar Rim + Lemon Zest
